Accident prints. What is it?
Accident printing includes everything that has been printed, but is not a magazine, a book, or printed packaging. Postage stamps, leaflets, posters, but also business cards and various types of company templates are included here. The incident printing can also be called a specific type of printing used in running a business or even planning activities in the household. These are books of account, invoices, records, registers, accounting forms, specimens of employment contracts, personnel forms (e.g. working time records). In order to better understand what are incident prints, it is worth to read the definition and examples of their respective types. In printing there is a basic division into two categories and a slightly more advanced division into five categories.
Types of incident printing
The basic division of excise duty prints into two categories distinguishes prints for office, office and clerical work, as well as information prints. In the first group, there is a very wide range of printed materials: these include contract templates and books of account, but also public transport tickets, postage forms, stamps and forms. The second group has the task of communicating something to the recipient. This includes posters, leaflets, business cards, brochures, brochures, prospectuses, as well as such forms as the restaurant's menu card and price list.
According to a slightly more detailed division, the following types of incidents can be distinguished: informational excise forms (everything that informs the recipient and provides information, for example, about the event, its place and time, but also about the price of a given service or product: price lists, posters, posters, advertisements, advertising leaflets, business cards, timetables, calendars), manipulative excise forms (all forms that are filled in or used in official circumstances, such as maps or music sheets).
Company's excise prints
It's hard to imagine running a company efficiently at the office level without ready-made incident prints. Patterns of invoices and contracts with employees or customers, accounting ledgers, various forms and blank forms prepared for a given company or universal ones significantly facilitate work. These are also tools necessary in the human resources department (working time records, attendance lists). The use of incidents saves on preparing documents every time they are needed. It also brings order and order to office documentation.
